O R D E R

           Counsel for the Respondent no. 2 & 3 has made a statement that they have delivered the new mobile set of Karbon company to the complainant.

          

           Complainant has made a statement that he has received the new Mobile set of Karbon company from the Respondent No. 2 and 3, but its warranty may be got extended.

 

           Statement recorded separately.

           Hear.

           Keeping in view the statement made by both the parties, the present complaint stands disposed off with the directions to the respondents no. 2 and 3 the warranty of the new mobile set for six months from today.

          File be consigned after due Compliance.
