1.Micromax Informatics Ltd.(Plot No.21/14-A, Phase II, Naraina Industrial Area, Delhi 110028, through its Manager/Authorized Signatory.

2.Micromax Services Centre, SCO 364, Mughal Canal, Karnal through its Incharge(Authorized Service Centre Micromax Mobiles),through its In-charge.

                    Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer

                     Protection Act.

                   Sh.Ashwani Popli Advocate for the Opposite parties.

ORDER:

                  

                    The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that Opposite Parties have compromised with the complainant, according to which the Opposite Parties are ready to  refund Rs.8300/- to the complainant within a period of thirty days,  subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile phone alongwith accessories  to the Opposite Parties. Thereafter the learned counsel for the complainant made  statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties,

 

 

he doesnot want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded into writing.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
