None of the Parties are present. This Complaint case is fixed on today ie 10/05/2022 for further proceeding. The Complainant filed an application under Order 23 Rule 1 (1) C.P.C for withdrawal of the present case on 19/04/2022. The application is enclosed with a Xerox copy of Argument between the Complainant and opposite parties which was made on 16/04/2022.

Considered the matter and facts of the case. The prayer of the Complainant is allowed.
