- This is an application filed by the complainant U/s.27 of the Consumer Protection Act seeking to initiate necessary proceedings against the respondents/opposite parties for non-compliance of the common orders dated 27.04..2012 passed in CC 72 of 2010 on the file of this Commission and punish them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Counsel on both sides present. Heard. Counsel on both sides informed that the petitioner has received the total amount and that they have no claim against the respondents/opposite parties and requested to dispose of the case towards full and final settlement as settled out of court..
- In view of the above facts and circumstances, the E.A. is closed as settled out of court towards full and final settlement. Since the EA is closed, EAIA 169 of 2014 and EAIA 491 of 2016 are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
