Md. Nurul Islam, S/o. Sk. Sansulla, filed a consumer case on 17 May 2018 against 1. Manager, State Bank of India, in the Birbhum Consumer Court. The case no is MA/49/2018 and the judgment uploaded on 17 May 2018.
The Complainant files a petition for extension of the interim order. The petition be treated as M.A No. 49/2018.
We find that by sending notice to the O.Ps they are directed to file show cause as to why the prayer of the Complainant regarding interim order shall not to be allowed.
But the AD regarding sending of notice to the O.Ps through registered post returned back after service but none appear on behalf of the O.Ps. The O.Ps have not come to place their case.
In this juncture we think prayer of the Complainant is to be allowed.
Hence,
Ordered,
that the petition dated 17/05/2018 filed by the Complainant for extension of the interim order, passed on 23/04/2018, i.e. M.A No. 49/2018 is allowed.
Thus the MA is disposed of accordingly.
