ORAL ORDER

          None present for Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that Complainant chose to remain absent even on previous two adjourned dates viz. 06/03/2017 and 06/12/2016.  There is no report available on record as regards steps taken by Complainant for service of notice to Opposite Party in compliance with earlier order dated 05/08/2016.  Thus, it is evident that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  No order as to costs.
