The case record is put up to-day before the lok Adalat conducted at civil court premises,keonjhar.constesting parties filed Hazira and present. counsels for the complainant/DHR submitted that as the jdr supplied the NOC in the mean time he has no obligation of the execution petition is dropped. and no objection. However as the NOC already grouted by the jdrs and no other grineance left from the side of the Dhr the present execution filed by the DHR is dropped to-day as finally complied by the jdrs.
