Heard both the parties. The allegation made by the complainant regarding the non issue of NOC in favour of the complainant and the OPs levied the cheque bounce charges on the complainant. The OPs in their written version stated that the NOC issued to the complainant on dated 20.04.2021 which is counter signed by the complainant. There is no deficiency of service on the part of the OPs. The complainant admitted that he received the NOC. This commission only provides the remedies of deficiency of service, according to the norms of the consumer protection Act 2019. More over due to insufficient of fund the cheques bounced and the complainant have to pay the cheque bounce charges according to the Banking law read with negotiable instrument Act. As such there is no deficiency of service on the part of the Ops hence the case is dismissed. Without any cost.
