Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant. No show-cause has been filed. No step has been taken by the complainant.

It appears from the case record that the complainant is not taking step for a long time. This matter is clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. So, the Hon’ble District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case for non-prosecution. So, this case and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
