              Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he does not want to continue with the present execution petition since he has received two cheques i.e. cheque dated 21.04.2015 worth Rs. 70,000/- in favour of of krishan and cheque dated 14.04.2015 worth rs. 65000/- in favour of Sanjeet (Subject to clearance) and thus the present execution petition may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

Heard,

Keeping in view the statement made by the ld counsel for the complainant-DH, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.

File be consigned after due compliance.
