1.Lava Service Centre Jitesh Kumar service Care Centre, 110 Mugal Canal, Karnal through its prop./partner.

 

 

2.Lava International Ltd. 56-A, Noida – 201301 UP India through its M.D.

                     Complaint U/s  12  of the Consumer

                     Protection Act.

 Present:       Sh.Mukul Sharma Advocate for the  complainant.

                   Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Ops.

 

                    The Learned counsel for the Ops made statement that Ops are ready to pay Rs.1750/-, i.e. cost of the mobile set, to the complainant, within a period of thirty days. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made  statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting  that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the Ops, he doesnot want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
