Heard, perused and considered.

It appears from the petition filed by the complainant that the dispute between the two parties has been settled out of court and the complainant received Rs. 4,10,549/- in full and final settlement through demand draft and a money receipt has been filed to that effect. It is prayed by the complainant that the instant case be disposed of with full satisfaction.
