Appellant is the Complainant. Respondents are the Opposite Parties in C.C.No.413/2015 on the file of Dist. Forum-II, Hyderabad. The District Forum allowed the complaint dated 21.10.2016.
Aggrieved by the said order, the Complainant preferred this appeal, praying to allow the appeal by modifying the order dated 21.10.2016 passed in C.C.No.413 of 2015, on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Hyderabad.
