                    Counsel on both sides present.  It is informed by them that the Hon’ble National Commission has already disposed off the Appeal and Cross Appeal, in the matter, by dismissing them.  In view of the findings therein, the Opposite Parties have deposited the amount, under claim.  Therefore, both the counsel prayed to terminate the E.A.  In view of the said compliance of the order the E.A has to be terminated. 

                    In the above circumstance, the E.A. is terminated.
