Learned counsel Sh. Suresh Gautam on behalf of the opposite parties / judgment debtors, who represented them in the consumer complaint, has also appeared.

Today, a note on the side of the order-sheet has been written by learned counsel for the applicant / decree holder to the effect that the execution application be decided in full satisfaction.

It is conceded by learned counsel for the parties that the entire decretal amount as per the decree, has been deposited by the opposite parties / judgment debtors and no amount is due against the opposite parties / judgment debtors.

As the entire decretal amount has been deposited by the opposite parties / judgment debtors, hence the execution application is liable to be disposed of in full satisfaction of the decree.

Accordingly, the execution application is disposed of in full satisfaction of the decree.
