ORDER

Order pronounced. The opposite parties are directed to return the RC Book of complainant's vehicle bearing registration No. TN 47 M 5098 on payment of Rs.1174/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred and seventy four only) towards the balance one instalment by the complainant and to pay Rs.20000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) towards compensation and to pay Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
