.                  The Learned counsel for the Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that the decretal amount stands realized from the JDs. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
