Dispute between the parties have been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat held on 12.11.2022 and the parties having compromised / settled the case / matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement :-

Both the parties are present.  The case is taken up for hearing.   Heard, both sides.  The claim of the petitioner recoverable from the JDR amounts to Rs.2,71,250/- along with interest @ 12% and cost of Rs.10,000/-  The parties have amicably settled the dispute at Rs.25,000/-  in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.  It is ordered as follows :-

Terms of Payment

Payment of Rs.25,000/- paid on 12.11.2022 in cash.

The matter in dispute is thus disposed of.
