ORDER:

                   The case file taken up today on the application moved by the Decree Holder. Power of attorney filed on behalf of JD No.2 The Decree Holder has made statement that  three checks for Rs.28333, 28334,28333 has been received from JD No.2 as full and final satisfaction DH, the execution stands fully satisfaction therefore the same as dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
