          Advocate Mr. Sharma  is present for the appellant and filed a pursis submitting  that original OP No. 1 Maharashtra Agro Industrial Corporation Ltd. had preferred an appeal bearing No. 738/2008 challenging the order dated 148/2008 passed by the District Consumer Forum, Bhandara which is also the order impugned in this appeal. The aforesaid appeal came to be decided by this Commission on 22/1/2014. The appellant herein has complied the aforesaid order  on 24/11/2014 and deposited the amount as per the order with the District Consumer Forum, Bhandara by demand draft (DD) dated 24/11/2014. He filed Xerox copy of the order passed by this Commission in First Appeal bearing No. 738/2008 and demand draft dated 24/11/2014. In view of the order being already complied, he seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. I perused the pursis and the documents filed by the appellant and permission granted as sought for withdrawal of this appeal. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
