None present for the appellant. Adv.Mrs. Kamble  is present for the Resp. She raised a grievance that he has not received copy of appeal compilation from the appellant. Perusal of R&P of the appeal shows that this Commission issued notices issued to the appellant and Resp. 2 & 3 on 2/1/2014 for hearing on 7/3/2014, but the no report about service of notice to respondents is received. The appeal came to be adjourned twice from the returnable date of the notice. We presume that the notice is duly served to the appellant as it is issued on on the correct address as shown in the appeal memo as well as in complaint. On last date also none had appeared for the appellant and that the appellant has not furnished extra copy of appeal compilation for supplying to the respondent.  Hence the appeal deserves to be dismissed. Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m. for order.
