ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he has received claque no. 812756 dated 02.09.2015 worth Rs. 50,000/- from the respondent –JD no. 2.

The perusal of the order dated 12.063.2015 shows that the respondent no. 1 has filed the appeal against the order of this forum before the Honble State commission, where respondent no. 1 has deposited 50% amount. The said appeal is still pending before the Honble State commission.

Since respondent no. 2 has made the compliance of the order passed by this forum and appeal filed by respondent no. 1 is pending before the Honble State Commission, we hereby dispose off the present execution petition.

 

File be consigned after due compliance.
