3.    `1,867/- after. The exclusionary clause in the policy is applicable per event per insured. It is contended that the amount of`1,867/- through cheque was sent to the respondent no.2 and that the insured cannot claim anything more than what is covered as per the terms of the insurance policy.

Non AOG Perils – 5% of claim amount subject to a minimum of Rs.10,000; AOG Peril – 5% of claim amount subject to a minimum of Rs.25,000/-.

15.           `1867/- on behalf of the respondent no.1 towards full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent no.1. The respondent no.1 intimated the appellant about the damage caused to his tobacco barns and he submitted the claim along with the relevant documents to the appellant. The appellant contends that it had paid the amount in full and final settlement of the claim to the respondent no.2. It is not the case of the appellant that the respondent no.2 submitted the claim. `1867/- to the respondent no.2.

16.           `17,000/- which we feel reasonable and modest. 

17.    `17,000/, in view of the fact that out of this amount an amount of`1867/- has already been received by the complainant, the complainant is entitled to balance of`15,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a., from the date of filing of the complaint `3,000/- in the appeal.
