Facts of the case in nutshell:-
The complainant had been on many occasion for having food to the opposite party’s restaurant running in the locality. Op selling Hookah in its premises without having any license for it . More so it is the Odisha Govt. decision that there can’t be any Hookah Bar running in the city and it is illegal to sell Hookah in Odisha and OP is cheating by taking the price of Hookah as per his sweet will on different timing more so the price of hookah is not mentioned in their menu . And another problem is that whenever a customer pays the bill through the card machine available with the Opposite party the bill comes of M/S- Hideaway Restaurant, Rourkela. The Opposite Party is in to illegal activity and is liable to be prosecuted there on and amount of fees a restaurant needed to operate a hookah bar has not been paid to the Govt. Op is liable for tax fraud too.
To Substantiate his case has relied upon following Document-
Bill Date . 29.07.2022
