The record is put up at the instance of the O.P/Bank.

Both sides have filed a joint petition for compromise of the case.

Heard both sides.

We find that the complainant has settled the case with O.P/Bank out of Forum on receiving Rs. 2,07,500/-.

We find that terms and conditions of compromise are valid and legal and accepted.

The O.P files cheque No. 792943 and 792944 dated 06.07.2018 amounting to Rs. 1,03,750/- each.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that C.F. Case No. CC/84/2017 be and the same is disposed of in terms of compromise petition which do form part of the order.

The complainant files a petition for permitting him to withdraw the said cheque.

Prayer is allowed.

Let cheque No.s 792943 and 792944 dated 06.07.2018 amounting to Rs. 1,03,750/- each be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox of the same.

The cheques are received by the complainant.

Let the present case be disposed of on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
