     Complainant is absent on call. Since the date of filing of this case the complainant is absent and is not taking any step to proceed with his case. Statutory period for hearing on admission has already been over. Perused the complainant petition and Xerox copy of documents filed by the complainant. It is seen from the complainant petition that , the grievance of the complainant is that he is a money back policy holder of the O.Ps and his money  back payment was enchased in other accounts and not in his account. This pleading of the complainant shows that , this  is a case coming under the provisions of criminal law and does not disclose a consumer dispute. The O.Ps have already make money back payment and hence at this stage there is no specific deficiency on the part of the O.Ps.

                          Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

      Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  19^th   day of   August  2019.
