               The case is posted  to day for removal of defects and hearing on admission. But in the mean time the advocate of the complainant has filed a memo to not press the complainant petition and to return the same with the documents. Hence the memo to the extend to not press the same is allowed . but since the same is already registered and number in the court procedure . Hence the petition and Xerox copy of documents which is filed along with the same can’t be return such is rejected.

                        However since  the memo is filed not to press the case as such it is allowed and the same is dropped and accordingly disposed off today.

                              Accordingly the Case is rejected.
