Advocate  for the JDR is present and files a petition along the with the certified order copy in F.A. No. 386 of 2017 of the Hon’ble State. C.D.R. Commission, Cuttack, Odisha. We gone through the said order passed by the Hon/ble State CDR Commission, Cuttack, Odisha. Heard. It is found that the appeal against the order in C. dt 23.06.2017 in C.Case No.24/2016 has already been disposed of as withdrawn. However the Jdr complied with the order passed by the Dist CDR Commission, Keonjhar in aforesaid C.C Case. Hence the Matter already been settled between the parties and this execution case is dropped accordingly.
