Direct the OP to pay Rs.1000 as share 
amount and an amount of Rs.1000 towards 
interest from 11 9 1990, loss and mental agony 
and costs of this complainant. In all the 
complainant is entitled to Rs.2000 
from the respondents and this amount shall 
be paid by the OP to complainant within 
four weeks from the date of receipt of this 
order, failing which the complainant 
shall be entitled for interest on 
Rs.1000 there afterwards till the date 
of payment
