Both parties are present. The OPs already supply the drinking water to the House of Complainant in evidence of the supply filed Photography with G.P.S. location complainant admitted the same. In view of settlement between the parties the case is compromised as per their outside settlement. Hence, the case is dropped and disposed of accordingly. The OP look after proper supply of drinking water regularly. Supply of free copy of this order to both the parties.
