          This consumer complaint is not yet admitted and today it is listed before this Forum for hearing on admission.  However, today when the case was called out, none present for Complainant even on second call.  Complainant not only failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason but also failed to make out a sufficient good case for admission of present consumer complaint.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that so was the position even on previous two adjourned dates viz. 11/05/2017 and 10/04/2017.  Scrutiny-sheet maintained by registry reveals that Complainant was aware of the fact that this consumer complaint was listed before this Forum for hearing on admission on 10/04/2017, as he has signed the scrutiny-sheet in token of acceptance about knowledge about date of listing this complaint for hearing on admission.  Thus, in these peculiar circumstances, it does appear to this Forum that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  Consequently, consumer complaint is not admitted and stands rejected in limine for want of prosecution in accordance with provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  No order as to costs.
