                        This case filed by the above named petitioner, alleging deficiency in service/unfair trade practice on the part of the O.Ps named above, is taken up for amicable settlement between the parties in accordance with the provisions under section 21 of Legal Services Authority Act, 1987.

                        Complainant is represented by her daughter Ipsita Das Bhowmick and also her Ld. Lawyer. The Asstt. Engineer , Bakhrahat CCC, WBSEDCL is also personally present along with his Ld. Advocate.  After a prolonged deliberation between the parties through active participation of the Members of the Bench, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The settlement appears to be voluntary, valid and legal and as such the same is accepted and acted upon.

                        Hence,

Ordered

That the case is disposed of in terms of amicable settlement arrived at by the parties.

Accordingly, the O.P-1 i.e Asstt. Engineer CCC, Bakhrahat , South 24-Parganas is directed to  remove the high tension electric line which is passing at present adjacent to the residential house of the complainant from the premises of the complainant to anywhere else within two months of this order,  failing which the complainant is at liberty to execute this order against the O.P through the machinery of this Forum.

No compensation is awarded against the O.P .

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties concerned free of cost immediately. ____________________________                                            ______________________________
