ORDER

The record is put up at the instant of the O.P, who files a cheque bearing No. 250350 dt. 22.05.2018 in favour of the complainant Diganta Chakraborty amounting to Rs 45,600/-. Let be kept in the record.

            The complainant files a petition permitting him to receive the cheque and for disposal of the case.

            Heard both sides.

            We find that as per settlement the O.P has filed cheque of Rs. 45600/-. Accordingly prayer is to be allowed.

Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 13.06.2018 filed by the complainant for permitting him to receive the cheque and for disposal of the case is allowed.

Let the cheque being No. 250350 dated. 22.05.2018 be delivered to the complainant on proper verification and receipt after keeping Xerox copy of cheque.

Thus the present case i.e. C.C. case No. 77/2017 be and same is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
