             Both the complainants-Decree Holders (Gopal Singh and Harbir Singh) have made a joint statement for withdrawal of the present execution petition by submitting that they withdraw their execution petition No.159 of 2014 because they have filed another execution petition No.17 of 2019 on the same cause of action.

    Statement recorded separately.

             Keeping in view the statement made by the complainants-Decree Holders, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.

    File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
