This is a complaint filed under Section 17(1)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the Opposite parties to register the flat in the name of the Complainant bearing flat No.40306 situated in the 3rd floor, East facing OLIVE block, admeasuring 1865.36 sft., “Indu Fortune Fields (Gardenia)” in survey No.1009, KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, R.R. district by collecting the balance amount of Rs.3,76,133/- and deliver possession of the said flat; to complete the incomplete works in said flat such as flooring, finishing work, sanitary works, fixing of doors and windows and several common amenities, etc.,; to pay Rs.5,00,000/- towards the mental agony, hardship and serious inconvenience; to pay Rs.30,000/- towards costs of the complaint.
