Order pronounced. The opposite parties are directed to get the duplicate transfer certificate joining with the complainant with full co-operation without fail from the Jairam college of Education, Karur and handed over the same to the complainant and to pay Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) towards compensation for mental agony and to pay Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only)towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
