Decree Holder files an application supported by affidavit with a prayer to withdraw the Execution Case.  Heard both sides, perused and considered.  It was contended that the disputes between the parties has been settled amicably and for which the decree holder is not willing to proceed with the present execution case any further.  Hence, it is 

ORDERED
