This is an application filed by the Petitioner under Section-27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the Respondents/Opposite parties to pay the decreetal amount with subsequent interest till the date of payment, in case of default, to direct the attachment of moveable and immovable properties of the Respondents/Opp.parties and put the same for sale for realization of the decreetal amount and also punish the Respondents/Opposite parties for not complying the orders deliberately.
