          We have heard learned counsel Adv. Bende on behalf of the Complainant on the point of admission at length.  With his help, we have also carefully scrutinized entire material placed on record.  On perusal of the pleadings of the Complainant it is evident that Complainant availed service rendered by Opposite Party for ‘commercial purpose’ and thus, Complainant is not a ‘consumer’ within the meaning of Section-2(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Consequently, dispute between the parties is not a ‘consumer dispute’ within the meaning of Section-2(1)(e) of the said Act.  Hence, consumer complaint is not admitted and stands rejected in limine.  No order as to costs.
