ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. V. P. Utpat, President

          We have heard the Complainant in person.  None present for the Opposite Party.  Complainant made a statement across the Bar to the effect that there is amicable settlement of dispute between the parties and as such, he does not wish to prosecute this consumer complaint any further.  Accordingly, he has filed a pursis seeking permission of this Forum to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  In view of amicable settlement of dispute between the parties outside the Forum since nothing survives for serious consideration of this Forum, leave is granted to Complainant to withdraw the present consumer complaint.  Consequently, consumer complaint stands disposed of as withdrawn.  Under these circumstances, parties shall bear their own costs.
