Case posted today for hearing. But neither the party (Complainant) non his advocate appeared before the Court/Forum on took any step.
That on the date of hearing on admission an interim order was passed on the etitioner/ Complainant wherein the Complainant was directed to deposite Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand)only against the dues on him and in that case the Opposite Party was directed to reconnect the electricity line to him.
But the Complainant neither complied the order in the Forum non informed anything to that context till yet.
Hence in view of the above circumstances and as per of action of the OP in filing the version and being present in the Forum pressing for further proceeding of the case.
Again taking all care and going through the record and act of the Complainant in non attending in the court, we are of the view to dismiss the case.
Accordingly, the case is dismissed for default of the Complainant.
The free copy of the order be supplied to the parties.
Accordingly the case disposed off.
