Order No.28 dt.06.05.2015:

            The Complainant has filed this case praying for calculation of up-to-date salary and revision of final pension giving emphasis to his promotion and grant of increment as per the provisions of the Government besides payment of compensation and litigation costs to him. In the meanwhile the revised pension papers has been submitted to the Accountant Genera, Odisha, Bhubanewar after granting ACP by the O.Ps. This being the state of affairs, we do not find any deficiency in service on the part of O.Ps. However, the Complainant being not a consumer within the meaning of the C.P.Act, we are constrained to dismiss the case. Accordingly, the case is dismissed without costs.
