Advocate for  both sides are present. Perused the memo along with documents  filed by the ops on dtd. 10.02.2020 . It is stated by the ops that stating that during pendency of this case matter  has been amicably settled in between the parties outside the Forum and the ops have already released  the vehicle in question in favour of the complainant after he cleared his Loan Account. Therefore it is prayed by the ops to close the case. Copy served on Ld. Counsel for complainant without objection.

 Heard. Allowed. This case is hereby as the matter being amicably settled  in between  the parties  outside the Forum .
