Advocate for both sides are present. Advocate for Complainant has filed petition   stating that, during pendency of this case, matter has  amicably  settled in between   the parties outside the Forum and the vehicle involved bearing Regd. No. OD-13-B-8992, HERO XTREAM has already been released in favour of the complainant by the ops, after payment of Rs. 13,000/- to the ops by the complainant towards full and final settlement of Loan account as well as this case. Therefore   the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw the case.

                    Heard. Allowed .This case is hereby dropped as withdrawn  by the      complainant.
