The Case record is put up to-day on the strength of petition filed by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant. Both sides are present. The complainant being  identified by his Counsel filed a petition praying for withdrawal of the case along with copy of Memorandum of understanding signed by both parties. It is stated by the complainant that during pendency of this case the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties out of the Court as per the conditions of above memorandum of understanding. Therefore the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw the case.

        Heard .Allowed. Accordingly this case hereby dismissed as withdraw by the complainant.
