Heard and perused the memo filed by the Complainant, through his advocate and it is found from it that the dispute has been settled between the parties outside the Court and as the Complainant has already received the claimed amount, he does not want to proceed the case further.
From the above point of view, we feel the case should drop here.
Accordingly, the case is dropped here and disposed off today in the open forum.
