Perused the memo signed by the Complainant being identified by his advocate, where in the Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between them outside the court, and he has no any outstanding dues on OP. Again the Complainant has prayed for to drop the case here and he is not interested to proceed the case further.

            Hence, the case is dropped here and disposed off today in the open Forum.
