Both parties are present & file a petition to drop the proceeding in view of settlement of the issue by both parties. As per their settlement O.Ps paid Rs 20,400/- to the complainant in shape of a cheque bearing No. 001944 dt. 01.08.2017 of H.D.F.C Bank, New Delhi to complainant. Complainant received the aforesaid amount towards full & final settlement of the issued & prayed to drop the proceed. Heard. As the complainant is satisfied with O.Ps & does not want to proceed with the case. We have nothing to disallow his petition. Accordingly the present CD Case is dropped in view of satisfaction of the complainant.
