          Both the parties present. The Complainant agreed to settle the amount on Rs. 4,50,000/. The O.P. No.2 agreed to pay the amount within six months i.e. before 12.11.2023. The O.P. No.2 transferred Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) only to the account of the Complainant bearing S.B. A/C No. 10856798181 State Bank of India, main Branch, Sambalpur.

As the case is settled between the parties. The case is closed.
