            Case is posted today for objection and objection hearing.

            Parties are present through their respective advocates. In the meantime the Complainant has filed a compromise petition Dt. 07/08/2019 being signed by him and identified by his advocate and counter signed by the OP No.1 himself, and identified by his advocate, stating therein that the Complainant has already settled the matter/dispute with the OPs outside the forum, as such he does not want to proceed the case further and has prayed to drop the case have today.

            Heard the petition.

            In view of the above circumstances we feel it to be genuine to drop the case.

            Accordingly the case is dropped and disposed off today in the open forum.
